Parsons is seeking a Jr System Administrator to deliver 1st line IT operations support on site at Reston, VA. The role focuses on account management, incident resolution, and general system maintenance within SAP/SAP-like environments for DoW agencies.

Top Secret/SCI eligibility is required, along with security+ or equivalent certification. The position requires 100% onsite presence at Reston with potential support at Chantilly, Crystal City, and Pentagon as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field with 1–4+ years of experience.
• TS clearance with eligibility for SCI; willingness to polygraph.
• DoD 8140/8570.01 IT II certification (e.g., Security+).

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 Service Desk support, diagnose and resolve issues.
• Escalate to Tier 2/3 with timely status updates.
• Manage user accounts and service tickets; maintain SOPs.
• Document incidents and track metrics; follow SOPs.
