Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess 2+ years of related experience as a System Analyst/Administrator or similar role.
• DoD 8570 Level II certification is required.
• Experience with network and patch management.
• Knowledge of system security, data backup/recovery, and network monitoring.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues; 10% travel.
• May require evening/weekend work with overtime paid.
• Excellent customer interaction and service focus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/troubleshoot Windows servers and workstations on-site and remotely.
• Perform Windows system administration, including user management, software installation, and monitoring.
• Maintain domain controllers, file servers, application servers, and cloud resources.
• Triage customer incidents in the ticketing system and log tickets per SOPs.
• Log all tickets accurately in the ticketing system.
• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostics.
• Escalate unresolved tickets to the next support tier.
• Engage with customers throughout the process and ensure closure of incidents.
• Maintain quality and productivity standards while meeting timelines.
• Assist in configuring baseline switches, routers, and PCs for deployment.
• Coordinate equipment preparation and shipping; confirm customer receipt and inventories.
• Perform remote site surveys and identify hardware and cabling requirements.
