Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with poly.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in CS/IS/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of six years of experience in the skill area.
• Thorough knowledge of Windows-based PCs and peripherals.
• Experience with SIP and PBX technology.
• Knowledge of information security technologies and guidelines.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and access administration support and problem resolution within the team.
• Interact with customers on-site in response to IT requests and problem resolution.
• Resolve issues related to multiple operating environments and hardware.
• Ensure security standards and procedures are followed while diagnosing issues.
• Coordinate projects with service providers and customers and inform team members of status.
• Provide access administration services and process access requests and approvals.
• Perform physical setup and configuration of desktop hardware and software.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Project Management.
