Job summary

GDIT is seeking a Junior Network Engineer to support the Air Force ISR mission at Langley AFB, VA. You will provide Tier-1 network monitoring and help desk services across a global enterprise, ensuring operational continuity and rapid issue resolution.

The role requires 3+ years in network operations, TS/SCI clearance, and IAT Level II certification. Onsite location with standard 40-hour weeks and opportunities for professional growth and training.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI Clearance.
• 3+ years of network operations experience.
• IAT Level II - Security Plus certification.
• Demonstrated knowledge of network monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fault management to detect, isolate, and correct network anomalies on a 24/7 basis.
• Monitor all nodes for operational integrity.
• Respond to trouble calls and document issues with logs and tickets.
• Provide technical support and escalate as needed to resolve problems.
• Generate quarterly metrics and present workload trends.
