Job summary

Akima Global Technology (AGT) seeks a Help Desk Technician III to support NASIC and NSIC at Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. The role focuses on Tier 1 IT support, user account administration, incident management, and VTC coordination in classified and unclassified networks.

The position requires IAT II certification and an active TS/SCI clearance, with duties spanning ticketing, monitoring, and collaboration with multiple government teams to ensure reliable IT services for mission-critical

Qualifications

• Must possess IAT Level II certification as required by AFMAN 17-1303 and DoD directives.
• Must have an active TS/SCI security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for incidents and service requests.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, accounts, and network access issues following SOPs.
• Document actions and resolutions in ticketing systems and logs.
• Provide VTC support and coordinate with A/V personnel as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 and coordinate with Air Force and NASIC teams.
