Job summary

AEITS, Inc., a GTSC company, is seeking a Systems Administrator, Tier 1 for on-site work in Annapolis Junction, MD. Shift 12PM-10PM, Monday to Friday. Active Top Secret SCI with poly required.

Responsibilities include user support, ticketing, and incremental maintenance of IT infrastructure. Qualifications include a HS diploma with 10 years experience or a BA with 5 years, plus certifications such as IAT Level 1, A+, Network+.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with 10 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
• Log and track support requests using help desk ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Provide step-by-step guidance to users for troubleshooting common problems.
• Escalate complex issues to second-level support when necessary via ticketing system.
