Magna5 is seeking a Tier 1 Engineer for End User Support in Fredericksburg, VA. The role is hybrid and requires eligibility to work in the United States.

The engineer will handle support requests, troubleshoot end-user issues, and collaborate with the Defense Sector team to resolve incidents beyond the PC level. Key duties include monitoring and triaging alerts, documenting resolutions, and maintaining knowledge base articles.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in IT-related curriculum or equivalent experience.
• Security+ certification strongly preferred.
• Microsoft 365 Fundamentals recommended.
• Network+ certification encouraged.

Responsibilities
