Job summary

InspiriTec, Inc. in Seaside, CA, is seeking a Tier 1 DMDC Customer Service Representative onsite to support DMDC beneficiaries and resolve inquiries following SOP guidelines. You will use DMDC knowledge bases and mainframe databases to research issues, document findings, and provide clear directions to service members and their families.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• RAPIDS Certification obtained during onboarding.
• Security: Public Trust/NA CLC clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to DMDC beneficiaries per SOP using DMDC Knowledge Base.
• Work an 8-hour shift between 5am and 5pm PDT, Monday–Friday.
• Respond to customer inquiries using knowledge learned and available systems, applying judgment and determining appropriate actions.
