• Maintain and monitor ticket blocks, prices, and inventory across outlets.
• Update website content, promotions, and marketing elements.
• Monitor systems/interfaces for ticketing operations and advise management.
• Prepare and communicate managerial reports for tracking and analysis.
• Perform event programming: event building, ticket types, templates, and allocations.
