Monumental Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Coordinator, Ticket Operations to ensure accurate day-to-day ticketing for the Mystics, Capitals City Go-Go, and other MSE teams. You will manage the shared ticket operations inbox, build events and price codes, process orders, and support customers.

On game nights you’ll run a box office window, distribute tickets, and assist with Archtics and related Ticketmaster tools. The role requires evening/weekend hours and a passion for customer service.

Competenze

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Previous ticketing or related team sports experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

Process Full Season, Partial Plan, and Group Sales ticket orders with accurate pricing.
Create plans, events, and price codes in Archtics.
Train new employees in Archtics.
Distribute Community Tickets and manage ticket inventory.
Handle payments and payment plans for orders.
Support box office operations during game nights and events.
Provide remote support for Go-Go games.
Use Ticketmaster tools including Archtics, Account Manager, TM360, and TM Host.
