San Diego Gulls Hockey Club is seeking a Manager, Ticket Operations to oversee all ticketing operations for the organization, including season tickets, group sales, and premium seating, across a full season and playoffs. You will be the primary administrator of the AXS Back Office, managing complex event builds, pricing, and integrations.

The role requires 3–5+ years in ticket operations, experience with enterprise ticketing systems, and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Arena

Competenze

• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in ticket operations.
• Experience with enterprise ticketing systems (AXS Back Office, Ticketmaster TM Host).
• Strong knowledge of ticket sales lifecycle and premium ticketing.

Mansioni

• Oversee all ticketing operations across season tickets, groups, and single-game inventory.
• Administer AXS Back Office including event builds and pricing structures.
• Coordinate with arena staff and cross‑functional teams to maximize revenue and fan experience.
• Manage data reporting, audits, and compliance with league policies.
