Blumenthal Arts is seeking a part-time Ticketing Services Specialist to support box office operations across venues in Charlotte. The role involves processing transactions, reconciling sales, and delivering exceptional guest experiences, with evenings and weekends as typical hours.

The position offers lead-on-duty opportunities, collaboration with the ticketing team, and a strong emphasis on customer service within a not-for-profit arts organization.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in ticketing, customer service, hospitality, live entertainment, or related field.
• Previous lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with AudienceView Unlimited or a comparable ticketing system preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ticketing operations and customer service best practices.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make fast operational decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead-on-duty for assigned shifts, overseeing in-person ticketing operations.
• Process ticket sales, exchanges, will call, refunds, and other transactions.
• Prepare ticketing settlements and reconcile sales activity.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after performances.
• Supervise and train Ticketing staff during events.
