Blumenthal Arts is looking for a Customer Support Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our customer support team across phone, email, chat, and other channels in Charlotte, NC. The role reports to the Customer Support Manager and requires guiding staff, handling escalations, and ensuring adherence to ticketing policies and service standards.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in customer service with supervisory experience, excellent communication, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in customer service, call center, or related field.
• Experience supervising, coaching, or leading teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with ticketing, CRM, or customer service software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor channels to ensure coverage and timely responses.
