Job summary

The Glen Echo Park Partnership for Arts and Culture, a nonprofit managing Glen Echo Park, seeks a part-time Box Office Associate to support ticketing for puppet theater, dances, concerts, and other events. Pay ranges from $16.50 to $18.50 per hour, with on-site work and a flexible weekday schedule.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing sales, reconciling cash, and assisting with group bookings. Requires strong English communication and two years of customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in person, by phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries about performances, tickets, and group sales.
• Process online, phone, and in-person ticket sales including special requests.
• Coordinate group sales and visits to the Park; assist with ticket sales and information.
• Check guests in during will call; distribute tickets/wristbands; monitor inquiries.
• Reconcile cash and online ticket sales; provide daily sales breakdown.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and ensure a positive guest experience.
