Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.

• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operates Ticketmaster to process ticket sales for all events.
• Provides information on prices, event dates, parking, and directions.
• Records customer information for advance ticket sales.
• Keeps workstations stocked and organized with materials.
• Assists patrons with requests and resolves ticketing issues.
• Answers phone calls and offers courteous assistance.
• Provides ADA information and accessibility services.
• Performs general office and administrative duties.
• Reconciles ticket sales and ticket revenue.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
