Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Box Office Manager or Ticketing representative.
• Experience managing a team and scheduling staff.
• Ability to work evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage a-level concert events in third-party/open venues.
• Oversee regional ticketing team for large volume of events.
• Monitor and maintain event inventory and pricing.

Skills

Excellent organizational skills

Advanced knowledge of Ticketmaster platforms

Strong communication skills

Team management experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
