This role ensures convenient access to the mountain through proper use of the resort’s point-of-sale (POS) system and strong attention to detail. Previous cash handling experience of one year or more is beneficial and will contribute to success in this position.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:This position requires the ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods while using a computer and handling transactions. Ticket Sales staff must also be able to occasionally step outdoors in inclement weather to support operations. Strong visual and auditory abilities are necessary for interacting with guests and completing point-of-sale tasks accurately.WORK ENVIRONMENT:Work takes place primarily indoors at ticket windows or sales counters, with occasional outdoor exposure in variable winter conditions. The work environment can be fast-paced and high-pressure during peak times. Staff will interact with a high volume of guests and must maintain a professional, composed demeanor.
