Job summary

Mission Ridge Ski Resort seeks a Rentals Shop Lead to rent ski and snowboard equipment, supervise staff when the manager isn’t available, and resolve guest issues. The role also involves diagnosing repairs on guest and rental equipment and handling checkout at the POS.

Responsibilities include ensuring a consistent guest experience, assisting with inventory, and performing maintenance and tuning as needed in a fast-paced mountain environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Current ski binding certifications required (employer-provided).
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Rent ski & snowboard equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Supervise staff when the manager is not present.
