Position SummaryThe Ticket Seller is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting guests with purchasing lift tickets, lessons, and other mountain activities. This role ensures a smooth and welcoming ticketing experience while sharing information about mountain offerings, pricing, and mountain policies to help guests make the most of their visit.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide efficient and friendly service selling tickets, rentals, and lesson packagesHandle guest questions and concerns, taking appropriate partners as necessaryEnsure compliance with pricing structures and promotional policiesMaintain accurate cash handling and POS recordsAccurately record all hours worked, ensure time entries are complete, and promptly resolve any discrepancies prior to the end of each pay periodComplete all required training as determined by mountain leadershipOther duties as assigned by mountain leadershipQualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to accurately handle cash and credit card transactionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to remain calm and solutions-oriented in high-volume environmentsStrong aptitude for guest serviceFlexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and peak season hoursMust be eligible to work in the United StatesSuccessful completion of background checkWork Environment & Physical RequirementsAbility to work in an indoor location subject to temperature fluctuations, drafts, and intermittent exposure to outdoor weather conditions due to frequent operation of exterior doorsAbility to lift up to 25 lbsCompensation & BenefitsCompensation: $17.50/hourBenefits: Complimentary ski/ride access for the duration of employment and employee discounts on food and beverages at participating locations (subject to mountain policy)
