Job summary

Select Water Solutions, Inc. is actively seeking a Ticketing Coordinator to support load verification, pricing checks, and ticket submission for invoicing. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage many tasks across departments and portals.

Daily duties include reviewing pricing, processing tickets, supporting month-end closing, and ensuring adherence to customer requirements. The position offers full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Verify load information including customer, well name, API numbers, latitude, longitude, county, and state.
• Verify type of waste and pricing before posting tickets.
• Process tickets per customer requirements in a timely manner.
• Submit tickets into customer ticketing portals/EDI.
• Assist AR with resolving disputes and month-end closing.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Run and monitor reports to identify ticketing issues daily.
