Bristol Mountain in the Town of Canandaigua, NY seeks a friendly Guest Services representative to greet guests, provide information about mountain operations, and help guests with questions or issues in a positive, professional manner.

The role includes guiding guests to appropriate products based on needs, maintaining a neat workstation, supporting other guest services tasks, and handling cash with accuracy; weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older with prior work experience.
• Prior customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain cash handling accuracy.
• Ability to be cross trained with the Guest Services position.

Requirements

Hours:

• Hours of employment are dependent on business demands
• Must have weekend availability and flexible weekday and evening availability

Starting Rate: $16.00/hr.
