Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a part-time Ticket Seller/Resolution for U.S. Bank Stadium events (non-Vikings games). You will handle ticket sales, process payments, run Will-Call, and resolve ticketing issues with a focus on outstanding customer service.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or GED) and some related experience; Ticketmaster familiarity is a plus. The role requires flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, at the stadium box office.

Ticket Sellers work U.S. Bank Stadium events (does not include Vikings games).**Essential Duties & Responsibilities*** Accurately sells tickets as requested by patrons; accepts payment and makes changes accurately.* Handles Will-Call window according to procedures, or other related duties as assigned by supervisor.* Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; responds promptly to customer needs, responds to requests for service and assistance, able to work independently and handle most box office questions without assistance.* Efficiently and courteously answers questions concerning prices, seating and events. Gives information concerning coming attractions.* Files various records and reports. Performs duties related to clerical work as assigned.* Helps patrons access tickets and resolve other ticketing issues in-person at the various entrances to the venue.* Other duties may be assigned.**Qualifications & Skills**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
