Job summary

Legends Global in Minneapolis is seeking a part-time Ticket Seller/Resolution for the Box Office to handle ticket sales, Will-Call, and related duties during events at U.S. Bank Stadium. The role requires excellent customer service and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

You'll operate a computerized ticketing system, assist patrons with seating and prices, and resolve ticketing issues at venue entrances. Flexibility to work day, evening, weekend and holiday shifts is essential.

Responsibilities

• Accurately sells tickets and handles payments.
• Manage Will-Call window per procedures and related duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer box office questions.
• Field questions on prices, seating, and events.
• Inform patrons about coming attractions.
• File records and reports; perform clerical tasks.
• Help patrons access tickets and resolve issues at entrances.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Position: Ticket Seller/Resolution
Department: Ticket Office
Reports to: Box Office Manager
FLSA Status: PT, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Pay Rate: $18.25/Hour
Responsible for ticket sales and ticket resolution of shows or events by performing the following duties. Ticket Sellers work U.S. Bank Stadium events (does not include Vikings games).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Accurately sells tickets as requested by patrons; accepts payment and makes changes accurately.
• Handles Will-Call window according to procedures, or other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service skills; responds promptly to customer needs, responds to requests for service and assistance, able to work independently and handle most box office questions without assistance.
• Efficiently and courteously answers questions concerning prices, seating and events.
• Gives information concerning coming attractions.
• Files various records and reports.
• Performs duties related to clerical work as assigned.
• Helps patrons access tickets and resolve other ticketing issues in-person at the various entrances to the venue.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Minimum Education & Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 3 to 6 months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Box office or Guest Services background preferred.
• Ticketmaster experience preferred.

Computer Skills

• Operate computerized ticketing system.
• Operate a personal computer using Windows, Office and other standard office equipment.

Physical Demands

• The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• This position requires minimal stooping and lifting, but substantial walking.
• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods of time.
