This a seasonal position for the following event:

Celebration in the Oaks

November 27, 2026 - January 1, 2027

5:30 pm -10:30 pm

Summary: The role of the Celebration in the Oaks Ticket Scanner is to scan pre-purchased tickets on customer phones and paper copies upon entry and to assist customers in purchasing event tickets online if needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned:
  • Familiarizes themselves with CITO operations and daily events.
  • Greets each customer in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
  • Reports to assigned position each night of the event, dressed weather appropriate.
  • Checks in and check out scanner nightly.
  • Handle scanner safely and with care.
  • Scan each admission ticket.
  • Assists or instruct customers with purchasing online admission.
  • Answers questions regarding event operations, such as cost of admission, even dates & times, tour route, add-on tickets, etc.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Customer Service experience preferred
  • Works well in a team setting

Seasonal, 31-40 hours per week from November to December.
