Job summary

CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches offers a part-time apprenticeship in the Ticket Sales & Services department. You will learn sales campaigns, box office operations, and game-day staffing while supporting office and stadium activities.

Open to undergraduates or recent graduates in Sports Management or Business, this role requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to work 30-40 hours per week, including extended March hours.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student with at least one semester completed, or recent graduate in Sports Management, Business, or related field.
• Willing to work a minimum of 30-40 hours per week, with extended hours in March.
• Positive demeanor and eagerness to learn.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including telephone etiquette.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete sales campaigns through research, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Learn ticketing and CRM systems to assist with transactions and reporting.
• Manage the customer information email and general phone line daily.
• Create and distribute schedules for box office sellers and takers.
• Assist box office staff with game day sales efforts.
• Work all 32 home games for both teams and support other duties as assigned.
