Job summary

CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches is seeking a part-time Apprentice in Ticket Sales & Services. You will work closely with the ticket office team on sales campaigns, operations, and game-day staffing for the Astros and Nationals.

You'll gain hands-on experience with ticketing, CRM, and customer service while supporting box office functions during 32 home games and related events; a strong communicator with MS Office skills is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in Sports Management, Business, or related field.
• Must be prepared to work 30–40 hours per week, with extended hours during March.
• Strong verbal and written communication including telephone etiquette.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete sales campaigns by researching, prospecting, and cold calling.
• Learn ticketing and CRM systems to assist with customer transactions and reporting.
• Manage customer information email and general phone line daily.
• Create and distribute schedules for box office staff and takers.
• Assist box office staff with game-day sales efforts.
• Work all 32 home games for the Astros and Nationals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
