CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches is seeking a Ticket Taker for the Palm Beaches spring training venue. The role requires friendly guest interaction, checking tickets at entry, and guiding fans during events in a fast-paced stadium setting.

This part-time/seasonal position involves standing for extended periods, working in various weather conditions, and arriving up to two hours before games. Training sessions and tours may be required throughout the year.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 6–12 months related experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to stand and work in all weather conditions.
• Willing to attend training and stadium tours.
• Basic computer skills.
• Arrive up to two hours before game time.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Verify fans have a valid ticket at entry and scan for entry.
• Provide event information and directions within the ballpark.
• Maintain courteous, safe, family-friendly environment for guests.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
