Job summary

CACTI Park of the Palm Beaches is seeking a Stadium Operations Intern to assist in gameday operations and guest experiences at the Spring Training venue. You will help with scheduling and training of staff, maintain park standards, and coordinate with guest relations, ticketing, promotions and sponsorship teams.

Flexible hours, with extended shifts in March, are expected to support a high-volume event calendar.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student or recently graduated.
• Able to work 30–40 hours per week, with extended hours in March.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assists management with gameday operations and procedures.
• Assists with scheduling, supervision and training of gameday operations staff.
• Maintains ballpark standards, policies and procedures under supervision.
• Ensures ballpark stays game-ready at all times.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and facility walkthroughs.
• Acts as a contact for designated third-party companies.
• Supports guest relations, ticketing, promotions and sponsorship activities.
• Adheres to safety and security protocols and works across indoor/outdoor areas.

Undergraduate or graduate student; completed at least 1 semester or recent graduate
