Job summary

Chicago Shakespeare Theater in Chicago, IL is seeking an Associate Manager, Ticket Sales and Service to lead outbound ticket sales campaigns, nurture leads, and steward subscribers. Qualifications

• Box office experience of at least 2 years.
• Sales experience within a box office or hospitality function.
• Experience with Tessitura is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead CST’s outbound ticket sales campaigns to drive incremental ticket sales.
• Nurture leads from first contact through conversion and manage subscriber communications.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop ticket products and materials for new initiatives.
• Ensure a frictionless guest experience from entry to departure for patrons and groups.
• Assist with seating manifests and coordinate with partners and box office staff.
