Job summary

UAB Athletics is seeking a dynamic leader to manage the ticket sales team and drive revenue growth for the Athletics Ticket Office in New York. You will oversee renewal portfolios, generate new business through season, group, and single-game sales, and build pipelines from past purchasers.

You will upload leads, manage portfolios, and collaborate with Salesforce to create reports and pacing dashboards for upper management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; one year of related experience required.
• Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ticket sales team for UAB Athletics and the Athletics Ticket Office.
• Make outbound calls to renewal accounts and generate new business.
• Grow season ticket and group sales; manage renewal portfolios.
• Build and distribute leads from past ticket purchasers.
• Create season and group sales plans and forecasts.
• Upload leads and manage portfolios; use Salesforce reports.
• Generate season ticket, single game and group ticket sales reports for upper management.
