Job summary

Learfield Amplify is seeking an Assistant Athletic Director, Revenue Generation to lead the ticket sales team and drive revenue initiatives for University partnerships in the United States. The role includes training, mentoring, and coaching staff, developing revenue plans, and collaborating across marketing and analytics teams to maximize attendance and group sales.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sports sales, experience managing sales staff, and a track record of meeting or exceeding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in collegiate and/or professional sports.
• 2+ years of experience in a ticket sales management role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with leadership abilities.
• Results-driven leader with a track record of revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue generation across ticket sales, donor acquisition, customer service, and premium seating.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and professional development of revenue staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance.
• Develop and manage an annual Revenue Generation plan and budget.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor progress to hit goals.
• Collaborate with partners and marketing to drive attendance and revenue.
