Job summary

Learfield Amplify seeks an Assistant Athletic Director, Revenue Generation to lead the ticket sales team and drive revenue initiatives across multiple channels. You will recruit, mentor, and coach staff while developing annual revenue plans and ensuring strong performance against goals.

The role requires experience in collegiate/pro sports sales, leadership, and deep knowledge of CRM and ticketing platforms. Strong collaboration with marketing, operations, and university partners is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience in collegiate and/or professional sports, including 2+ years in a ticket sales management role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a track record of coaching revenue teams.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue generation across ticket sales, donor acquisition, customer service, premium seating, and related opportunities.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and development of revenue generation staff.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance guidance to the team.
• Develop revenue growth plans and manage budgets with senior leadership.
• Build relationships with vendors and corporate partners for group sales and hospitality.
