The Fresno Grizzlies are seeking an Account Executive to join their dynamic Ticket Sales Team in Fresno, CA. You will be responsible for generating new business, renewing group/hospitality/season tickets, and delivering outstanding customer service to fans to ensure retention and a positive brand experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 6 months of sales or customer service experience.
• Proven track record in sales and building quality relationships.
• Friendly and professional telephone manner.
• Desire to learn and grow in the business.

Responsibilities

• Represent the organization with utmost professionalism in the community.
• Generate new business by prospecting, cold calling, appointments, stadium tours, and attending events.
• Renew all group, hospitality, and season ticket members.
• Work with sales and marketing to develop compelling sales programs.
• Maintain a database of contacts and sales progression using Tickets.com.
• Meet and/or exceed personal sales goals.
• Meet and/or exceed daily and weekly outbound call/appointment minimums.
• Contribute to overall operation by assisting in other areas.
