Job summary

The role requires coordinating with Ticketmaster, CRM systems, and cross-functional teams, while staffing and training ticket representatives and optimizing weekend operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ticketing or live events operations experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and data-based decision making.
• Experience with Ticketmaster and CRM systems is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee walk-up ticket sales and customer inquiries during events.
• Hire, staff, and schedule ticket office personnel and locations.
• Collaborate with regional/director teams and track partners to execute ticketing strategies.
• Support digital ticketing initiatives and improve the fan fulfillment experience.
• Analyze fulfillment data and provide insights to leadership across properties.
