Qualifications

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Tickets.com programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant General Manager of Ticket Sales and Operations with managing ticket operation functions.
• Oversee mobile ticketing, staffing, cash management, inventory management and ticket order processing.
• Train and motivate the ticket operations team with high attention to detail.
