Job summary

The City of Goodyear is seeking a Ticket Operations Lead to support the Assistant General Manager of Ticket Sales and Operations with the management and supervision of all ticket operation functions for Goodyear Ballpark-Spring Training.

The role, on-site in Goodyear, AZ, requires at least three years in ticket services, up to two years on Tickets.com or ProVenue, and strong customer service; availability is November through March for a seasonal schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience within a ticket services/operation position.
• Minimum of two years of experience with the Tickets.com platform and/or ProVenue.
• At least two years of customer service experience.
• Available at least 4 days per week from November through March.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Assistant General Manager of Ticket Sales and Operations with management and supervision of all ticket operation functions including mobile ticketing, staffing, cash management, inventory management and ticket order processing.
• Support on-site operations for Goodyear Ballpark-Spring Training and ensure adherence to scheduling and examination process.
