• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with Tickets.com ticketing programs.
• Ability to train and motivate a team with excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management and supervision of all ticket operation functions.
• Oversee mobile ticketing, staffing, cash handling, inventory, and ticket order processing.
