Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years of related experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to read municipal contracts, COACs, annual reports, and budget documents.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees general facility maintenance and procurement for ballpark operations.
• Recruits, hires, trains, and schedules event services staff and contractors.
• Develops staff training materials and recognition programs.
• Plans and monitors staff hours and leaves.
• Prepares monthly and annual reports on operations and events.
• Coordinates with departments, vendors, and agencies for events.
• Develops budgets and forecasts expenditures for programs.
