• Formal Education/Knowledge: Four years of college leading to a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum three years in a related field.
• Certifications: Valid Driver's License.
• Reading: Ability to read municipal contracts and budget reports.
• Math: Ability to perform general math calculations.
• Writing: Ability to write reports and general correspondence.
• Managerial: Occasional direction of helpers and seasonal staff.
• Budget Responsibility: Support budget documents and monitor expenditures.
• Policy/Decision Making: Follow SOPs; complex decisions reviewed when needed.
• Technical Skills: Broad knowledge in a professional/technical field.
• Interpersonal/Human Relations Skills: High level of collaboration and persuasion.

Responsibilities

• Oversees general facility maintenance and inventory for ballpark operations; negotiates with vendors.
• Manages spring training and events by hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising staff and contractors.
• Forecasts revenues/expenses, monitors expenditures, and recommends budget adjustments.
• Schedules and coordinates events, coordinates with departments, vendors, and agencies.
• Coordinates recreational programs, tournaments, camps, and field usage; develops reports.
• Oversees campus use, activities, events, and public inquiries; manages contracts and fees.
• Develops strategies to increase facility utilization and prepares post-event reports.
