Job summary

City of Goodyear is seeking a Ticket Operations Lead to assist the Assistant General Manager of Ticket Sales and Operations in supervising all ticket operations, including mobile ticketing, staffing, cash handling, inventory control, and order processing for Goodyear Ballpark.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years on Tickets.com/ProVenue, 3 seasons in ticket services/operations for a pro venue, and strong MS Office skills. Strong training and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience on the Tickets.com platform, including ProVenue.
• At least three seasons in a ticket services/operations role for a professional sports facility.
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office; experience with Tickets.com ticketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all ticket operation functions including mobile ticketing, staffing, cash management, inventory management and ticket order processing.
