Job summary

The University of Washington's Washington Athletics Ticket Office invites applications for an Assistant Director of Ticket Operations. Reporting to the Director, you will oversee ticketing for 2-3 sports, supervise events, and ensure top‑notch customer service to Husky fans.

You will train part‑time staff, manage data integrity, and support football game‑day operations, with non‑traditional hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and two years of related experience in college athletics or sports ticket operations.
• Experience with ticket systems and box office operations.
• Ability to train staff and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ticket operations for assigned sports including renewals and on-sales.
• Support football game-day preparations and staff at home games.
• Answer ticket office phone lines and assist in-person customers and emails.
• Train part-time staff on processes, policies, and customer service techniques.
• Ensure proper database entry by staff and analyze data integrity.
• Attend rules education programs and comply with governing bodies.
• Support daily ticket office procedures and monitor website pages.
