The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, along with experience in customer service and ticketing software. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. The position offers a salary of $55,000–$60,000 annually, along with health and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with ticketing software, preferably Paciolan.
• Experience hiring, training, scheduling and supervising part-time staff.
• Experience providing customer service and resolving ticketing-related inquiries and issues.
• Ability to analyze data and figures.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain events as assigned in Paciolan.
• Coordinate all event information between promoter and ticket company.
• Respond to customer complaints and service requests.
• Hire, train and supervise box office staff.
