You will sell event tickets, process orders, and provide enthusiastic information on events, memberships, and facility details while balancing cash and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years in a customer service or public contact role.
• Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and ticketing processes (prefer Tessitura).

Responsibilities

• Sell event tickets through a computerized ticketing system.
• Process mobile, counter, mail and phone ticket orders in a timely manner.
• Provide event, ticket, membership and facility information to the public.
• Balance cash drawer.
• Build accurate constituent files; add notes as needed.
• Respond to customer questions with professionalism.
• Assist in training new staff and with clerical duties.
• Identify upsell opportunities and actively participate in them.
