Job summary

Straz Center for the Performing Arts is seeking a Customer Service Representative in downtown Tampa. You will deliver outstanding service, provide accurate information on events, and assist with ticket purchases and Will Call duties.

The role requires evenings and weekends, working in a team environment, and may involve duties at various Straz locations and on-site retail spaces. High school diploma and 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service with accurate event information via in-person, phone, chat, and email.
• Make outbound sales and informational calls using a prescribed script.
• Process daily ticket sales and handle Will Call tickets.
• Create reservations for Maestro's restaurant and Maestro's Café.
• Enter information into the ticketing system in real-time during conversations.
• Mentor new employees and assist with ticket office projects.
