Responsibilities

• Supervise the concession and bar staff during events and provide training and direction to meet service goals.
• Assist with inventory management including deliveries, PO reconciliation and monthly counts.
• Ensure clear communication within the concessions team and with other F&B staff to support customer experience.
• Reconcile sales with receipts and inventory at shift end.
• Address customer satisfaction issues.
• Log and monitor alcohol service to support responsible pour guidelines.
