Job summary

The Los Angeles Kings are seeking a Ticket Inventory Coordinator to manage ticket allocations, distribution, and inventory across channels. You will support outreach, respond to donation requests, and engage with community organizations to broaden fan engagement.

Primary duties include coordinating with sponsors on playoff tickets, using AXS back office and Fevo, and generating accurate game-day reports. Knowledge of AXS/FEVO and strong data-entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalency.
• 2-4 years related work experience.
• Experience in sports and entertainment ticketing industry preferred.
• 1+ years utilizing ticketing software; AXS preferred.
• Knowledge of AXS & FEVO ticketing software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal sponsors on ticket allotments, distribution opportunities, and playoff tickets, ensuring accurate execution of contractual agreements and identifying outlets to improve targeted partnership relations.
• Utilize AXS Back Office and external ticket distribution platforms, including Fevo, to optimize inventory allocation and support revenue generation across single-game, group, and season ticket products while maximizing attendance and expanding the LA Kings fan base.
• Create reports, including audits and distribution lists for each individual home game, ensuring accurate game day reports and payment settlements.
• Support the Manager, Ticket Strategy with maintaining ticket inventory on a game by game basis, ensuring ample inventory is held aside for integrated individual game sales. Facilitate the planning and execution of ticket distribution initiatives.
• Help identify and establish new ticket distribution partners in conjunction with the group sales department. Foster strong partnerships through proactive communication, collaboration, and issue resolution while ensuring both external stakeholder needs are met and objectives are achieved.
