The Los Angeles Kings are seeking a Ticket Inventory Coordinator to support ticket inventory distribution across multiple channels, maintain allocations, and ensure accurate inventory management for home games.

The role also includes outbound outreach, responding to donation requests, engaging with community organizations, and identifying new distribution partners while collaborating with the group sales team to maximize attendance and fan engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred)
• 2–4 years related work experience
• Experience in sports and entertainment ticketing industry preferred
• 1+ years utilizing ticketing software; AXS preferred

Responsabilités

• Coordinate ticket allotments with internal sponsors and playoff tickets.
• Utilize AXS Back Office and Fevo to optimize inventory and support revenue.
• Create reports and distribution lists for home games and settlements.
• Maintain ticket inventory game-by-game and plan distribution initiatives.
• Identify new distribution partners with group sales through proactive communication.
