Job summary

Dollywood Theme Park is seeking a Ticket Team Member to ensure guests have a seamless experience by processing sales for tickets and season passes at turnstiles and answering guest questions in a friendly manner.

The role requires cash handling, POS operation, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while upholding safety and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Ability to operate admissions POS, turnstiles, scanners, and office equipment.
• Typing test requirement and onboarding background screen.

Responsibilities

• Process ticket and season pass sales and exchanges.
• Greet guests and provide park information with courtesy.
• Handle cash, checks, and card transactions accurately.
• Scan tickets at gate and verify Passholder IDs.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and assist other roles as needed.
