Job summary

Dollywood is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Ticket Team Member to greet guests, process ticket sales and Season Passes, and provide top-notch guest service at our Dollywood Theme Park.

Responsibilities include cash handling, scanning tickets at entry, and supporting various park operations. Must be at least 14 years old and able to pass necessary screenings. No relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 14 years of age.
• Operate admissions POS system, turnstiles, scanners, phone equipment, copier, and calculator.
• Learn computer, scanning equipment, and printer equipment.
• Pass a typing test (25 wpm or greater).
• Onboarding includes background screening and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide friendly interactions; answer questions and park information.
• Perform ticket sales, process Season Passes, and handle payments.
• Process refunds, exchanges, upgrades, and other requests per policy.
• Maintain cash tills and balance revenue daily; support group sales.
• Scan tickets at gate and verify Passholder IDs; enforce re-entry policies.
• Cross-train for TimeSaver and other operations as needed.
• Keep work area clean and stocked with maps and information.
