Job summary

Vail Resorts in Leavenworth, WA seeks a Ticket Checker on the Lift Experience Team for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, with both full-time and part-time hours available and weekends and holidays required.

You will deliver premium guest service, validate tickets, assist with lift-line flow, maintain equipment, and escalate safety or product concerns to leadership as needed. This outdoor role demands resilience in all weather, with housing available for eligible

• Escalate issues to leadership as they arise, from safety to products.

Job Specifications

• Starting Wage: $20.00/hr
• Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027
• Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
• Working hours: 8-10 hours per day
• Weekends and holidays as needed

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Fluent in English communication.
• Work outdoors in all types of inclement weather, standing and moving for entire shift on slippery or uneven surfaces; may need to provide own gear.
• Work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Handle high guest volumes professionally.
